Shaylee’s legal background includes advising registered investment advisors on
compliance, governance, and securities law, as well as representing clients in complex real
estate and corporate matters. Her work as general counsel to a tech startup and as a
compliance consultant for advisory firms has made her a trusted resource for navigating
legal and regulatory frameworks. Her early legal career included litigation of high-stakes
real estate matters and serving as an associate examiner with the National Association of
Securities Dealers (now FINRA), where she conducted audits and investigations.
 

In addition to her legal and fiduciary work, Shaylee is a seasoned real estate broker and
owner of Holland Homes, where she specializes in advising high-net-worth clients on
residential and commercial real estate investments. Her ability to blend legal, financial,
and strategic insight allows her to oQer clients a truly integrated approach.
Deeply committed to her community, Shaylee has served on the Board of Directors for
American Academy in Castle Pines and has held leadership roles with several civic and
arts organizations, including the Davis Contemporary Dance Company and the Douglas
County School District Fiscal Oversight Committee.
 

Shaylee is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and is actively engaged in expanding the

clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting yarn masterpieces, and
