He holds both Series 6 and Series 7 securities licenses, reflecting his deep knowledge of the financial services industry.

Joe, a native of Santa Barbara, CA, earned his degree in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Over the past 23 years, he has built a dynamic career in banking and finance, where he developed a reputation for thoughtful client guidance, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical financial practices.
