With a unique blend of legal, therapeutic, and fiduciary expertise, Robin provides a holistic, solution-driven approach to managing complex financial and personal matters for her clients.
Her Story
A licensed attorney in California, Texas, and Washington, D.C., Robin specializes in criminal and family law. She spent 15 years as a prosecutor —first in the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, where she launched her legal career, and later in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office —handling domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and high-conflict family cases. After transitioning to private practice, Robin became the go-to problem solver for attorneys and families navigating intricate legal and personal challenges.

In addition to her legal career, Robin is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from USC. She seamlessly integrates her legal acumen with therapeutic insight, making her particularly skilled at resolving high-stakes family and fiduciary matters with both precision and empathy.

Robin is also the founder of Dear Co-Parent, where she serves as a co-parenting therapist, behind-the-scenes coach, mediator, and parenting plan coordinator. She helps families navigate high-conflict custody and co-parenting disputes, ensuring that legal decisions align with emotional well-being. Many professionals transition from law to therapy, but Robin is rare in that she actively practices both, providing a comprehensive, solution-oriented approach to family dynamics and fiduciary services alike.

Robin’s deep Los Angeles roots set her apart—she is a third-generation Angeleno, making her one of the rare few with such deep ties to the city. She also has a strong connection to the Coachella Valley, having lived there after graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and passing the California Bar Exam. Her career began in Riverside County, giving her a deep understanding of the local communities she now serves.

Robin is an active member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) and the National Guardianship Association (NGA), staying at the forefront of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
