His Story

Originally from Central America, Guillermo moved to Colorado in 1979, seeking peace and opportunity after leaving a war-torn country. His early experiences shaped a deep desire to give back and serve his community—an instinct that ultimately led him to a fulfilling career in education.

After college, Guillermo followed his heart into the field of teaching, where he devoted his career to nurturing, mentoring, and empowering young people. Now retired from education, he brings those same values and skills to the fiduciary world—listening with care, helping with integrity, and supporting clients through life's transitions.

At Lotus, Guillermo assists with client relations, administrative coordination, and day-to-day support that ensures each client feels welcomed, heard, and valued.

Guillermo’s most important life goal is family—a principle that guides every aspect of his work. Whether supporting a client or collaborating with colleagues, he brings the same attentiveness and warmth he offered his students and children.

Guillermo lives in Franktown, Colorado with his wife Jennifer, and together they are the proud parents of two amazing young adults who are thriving in their post-college lives and our Office Dog Extraordinaire, Stella. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, staying involved in the community, and continuing his life of service with the same care and devotion that define his professional path
