SHAYLEE

Managing Partner/Owner

Shaylee is a licensed attorney who received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Northern Arizona University.

Since 1997, Shaylee has practiced law in both California and Colorado. Her practice areas include real estate litigation, commercial and residential landlord/tenant transactions, corporate formation, Federal and State securities regulation, investment adviser compliance and general contracts. She also has extensive experience in helping manage her family's commercial and residential real estate holdings.

Prior to joining Lotus Fiduciary Group, Shaylee worked as a registered investment advisor compliance consultant and as general counsel for a start-up technology firm. Shaylee also spends substantial time serving on an advising both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including a large regional Registered Investment Advisor firm, a Douglas County charter school and a Denver contemporary dance company. Shaylee has a passion for serving others because it is what her immigrant family did as they elevated themselves out of hardship. In her spare time, Shaylee enjoys travelling, reading, "creating" and spending time with her husband and three teenage children.

GREG

Associate Fiduciary

Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner who has been serving clients in a fiduciary capacity for over 15years. He is a native of Arizona and graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. During his career, Greg has helped many clients navigate their way through difficult times and decision making. He specializes in investments, insurance of all types, estate and beneficiary planning and tax management. Prior to joining Lotus, Greg served as a Financial Advisor with a large Wall Street firm practicing estate and asset management. Greg enjoys serving and educating clients who have a need for estate and trust administration.

Greg is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling with his wife, Andrea, who is a remarkable marathon runner. Greg and Andrea are proud parents of two Westies, and they work hard to spoil them!

MEREDITH

Client Care Manager

Meredith is originally from Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University-College Station with her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She worked as the Director of the Lufkin Convention and Visitors Bureau before she and her husband, Michael, moved to Colorado in 1998. She and Michael have three children. Meredith loves being involved in the community. She enjoys golfing with her husband, watching her son play baseball, and supporting her daughters' dance.

JENN

Client Support

Jennifer was born and raised in California. She went to college in Oregon where she met her husband and then moved to Colorado to join him. She has 2 amazing kids, all grown now! Jennifer has made a career out of working with children and as a care giver for the elderly. Working for Lotus has been a fantastic opportunity to use all her talents to match her clients needs. Jennifer is also known for bringing her fur baby, Stella the Golden Retriever, to work with her!

ALISON

Client Support

Alison was born in Maine and went to college in Massachusetts. She got her Bachelor's of Arts in Early Childhood Education, and a Master's in Literacy and Language. She moved to Colorado in 2005 to be close to her family. In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, three dogs, reading, and doing puzzles.

LINDSEY

Client Administrator & Marketing

Lindsey was born and raised in Colorado. She has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and worked previously as a professional photographer. She lives in Parker with her husband and together they have 3 boys. New to the fiduciary world she is excited to expand her knowledge and enjoys helping clients.

My personal background includes moving to Colorado in 1979, coming from a war torn country in Central America. I have been drawn to serving the community since a little boy. After college my heart led me to education. My wife, Jennifer and I have two amazing kids who are enjoying their young adult life after college.
My most important goal is family. As a retired educator and parent, I will treat you as I have my kids and my students, part of my family.

Mis antecedentes personales incluyen mi mudanza a Colorado en 1979, procedente de un país centroamericano devastado por la guerra. Me he sentido atraído por servir a la comunidad desde que era un niño. Después de la universidad mi corazón me llevó a la educación. Mi esposa Jennifer y yo tenemos dos hijos increíbles que disfrutan de su vida de adultos jóvenes después de la universidad.
Mi objetivo más importante es la familia. Como educador quien esta jubilado y padre de familia, los trataré como a mis hijos y alumnos, parte de mi familia.
